Fees

My fees are calculated based on my hourly rate of $150. As is customary in therapy an hour is defined as 50 minutes.
  • individual or child & family 50 minute session is $150
  • relational 50 minute session is $150 with an additional fee of $25 per person when three or more adults are present.
  • additional time will be at a prorated amount based on the 50 minute session fee. (For example a 75 minute individual session billed at $150 for 50 minutes will be $225. A relational session with four adults present at $200 for a 50 minute session will be $300 for a 75 minute session.)

Insurance

I do not take insurance, which means I am considered an out-of-network provider by insurance companies.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that will provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. If you wish to use your out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance company to verify the out-of-network benefits available for virtual outpatient psychotherapy.

For clients using out-of-network benefits I can provide you with  a monthly superbill, which is a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that a superbill will require a diagnosis for therapy services.

Is the cost of therapy a barrier for you?

I offer a limited number of spaces to client’s who are unable to pay my full fee. If this is you, there are a couple options.

Sliding Scale

I am happy to discuss sliding scale options with you during our phone consultation.
